CRITERIA for consideration for Student Grants 2016 - 2017

1. ALL APPLICANTS: MUST have completed their 'A' Level or equivalent diploma or vocational studies and be over 18 and under 25 years of age on 31st. December.

 

2. You MUST be either (a) or (b):

(a) a former pupil of King Edward VI Academy, Spilsby (formerly King Edward VI Humanities College) and going on to post 18 full-time education or training.

(b) A former pupil of Spilsby, Great Steeping, Halton Holegate, Partney or Toynton All Saints Primary Schools following which you have attended a secondary school within an area bounded by Alford, Skegness, Boston, Horncastle and Louth. If you are applying under this section you must say whether or not you are receiving grant assistance from any other source e.g. school or local charity.

3. Former pupils of any of the educational establishments detailed in 2(a) and 2(b) above who are involved in projects, initiatives or expeditions that provide an enriched educational experience, may also be considered for grant support.

In this instance the lower age may be reduced to 16 years.

All applications will be considered on their merits and if approved will be made on an exceptional basis. COMPLETED Application Forms (Application as Word document) or (Application as pdf) must be received by the Clerk to the Foundation
